Some good news and some bad news

These lawsuits are going to cost us and our legal team has estimated we need $30 million to cover it.

Jason, we all breathed a sigh of relief last week when Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Democrats across the country won.

So I’m sure you’re wondering: Why am I still getting fundraising emails from the campaign? But the truth is we have some important updates, and yes, we still need your help.

I’ll start with the good news: Our victory in this election was decisive. There is no path for Donald Trump and Republicans to win with the votes that were cast, which is why they have turned to frivolous lawsuits.

Which leads me to the bad news: These lawsuits are going to cost us and our legal team has estimated we need $30 million to cover it. We need it to fight back for our campaign and for Democrats down the ballot that will need the legal support. If we don’t we could lose these lawsuits.

Jason, with the decrease in urgency post election day, not as many people have been stepping up as we would have hoped, so we’re falling a little short of where we thought we would be at this point.

We still have a ways to go if we’re going to raise $26 million more to fill the Biden Fight Fund with $30 million. Take a look:

$26 million to go!

Will you rush a donation of $15 to help make sure we can get back on track to our fund goal so that we can be prepared for the impending legal fights for the White House and for Democrats across the country? Click here or the buttons below:
