| Jason, First, Republicans went all in on winning the San Antonio mayor's race. Then, a MAGA-aligned group funded voter contact and advertising efforts targeting San Antonio voters. BUT, those efforts didn't work. Thanks to supporters like you, Democrat Gina Ortiz Jones won Saturday's mayoral runoff in San Antonio. This is a big win for Texans in one of the largest cities in the country. From school boards to city councils to mayoral offices across the state, this victory shows that once again, voters are making their voices heard loud and clear: They want strong Democratic leaders who will fight for them, protect their rights, and build opportunities within their communities. While Republicans alienate working- and middle-class families, Democrats continue to build momentum, win elections, and offer an alternative to Republicans' disastrous agenda. Under DNC Chair Ken Martin's leadership, Democrats are competing everywhere. Every state. Races of all levels. That's why we supported the Texas Democratic Party and Democrats' get-out-the-vote efforts leading up to the election — and that's the work we'll continue to do in upcoming elections this year, next year, and beyond. You might not know this, but a LOT of that work is funded by the response to messages just like this one. If you've stored your info with ActBlue, we'll process your contribution instantly:
