Jason -- Here in Michigan, Republicans are fighting to enforce a nearly century-old abortion ban now that the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. They want to reinstate a draconian 1931 law that bans abortion without exceptions for rape or incest. But I am fighting like hell to protect abortion access. I've filed a lawsuit with the state Supreme Court to recognize the right to an abortion under Michigan's constitution. But when a fundamental right is threatened nationwide, it's all hands on deck to stop the ongoing anti-choice attacks. We need to elect pro-choice leaders in every corner of this country, at every level of government, who will fight for reproductive freedom.
