Jason, Democrats are standing up to Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Here's what's happened in the last few weeks:

  1. Every single Senate Democrat voted against confirming RFK Jr. as secretary of Health and Human Services, and Tulsi Gabbard as director of national intelligence.

  2. A coalition of 191 House and Senate Democrats sent a letter demanding the removal of Elon Musk's operatives from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

  3. The DNC has filed an amicus brief in a case against the Georgia State Election Board, part of Democrats' continued efforts to protect Georgians from Republicans' shameless attacks on their voting rights.

  4. Governor Josh Shapiro is taking legal action to defend Pennsylvania's funding from the Trump administration's freeze.

  5. Democratic attorneys general filed a federal lawsuit to challenge the decisions Elon Musk has made within DOGE.

  6. House and Senate Democrats rallied outside the Department of Veterans Affairs to stand for veterans and VA workers.

  7. Senator Chris Murphy and Representative Maxwell Frost introduced the Office of Gun Violence Prevention Act, after Trump eliminated the office in the first few days of his presidency.

  8. Representative Sharice Davids pushed the Department of Transportation to implement FAA safety reforms that Congress passed last year to improve air traffic control.

  9. Representative Pramila Jayapal reintroduced the We the People Amendment to reverse the Citizens United decision and stop corporations from controlling politics.

  10. Arkansas Senate Democrats successfully voted down a bill to allow municipalities to remove fluoride from their water systems.
