You've been at the forefront of our progress, so we wanted to give you a few updates on the positive change you've helped President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats in Congress create.

With the help of this grassroots team, President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats in Congress have made progress: Lowering Costs for Families: By passing the Inflation Reduction Act, Democrats have created a $2,000 cap on out-of-pocket prescription drug costs for seniors on Medicare, locked in lower health insurance premiums -- $800 on average -- for 13 million Americans, lowered energy bills, and so much more. Leading a Historic Economic Recovery: Thanks to legislation passed by Congress and signed into law by President Biden, more than 12 million jobs have been created -- the strongest two years of job growth in history -- and the unemployment rate is at a 50-year low. Improving Health Care for Veterans: President Biden signed the PACT Act into law to strengthen benefits for veterans exposed to toxic burn pits. Making More in America: The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is rebuilding roads and bridges, providing clean drinking water, and increasing access to high-speed internet. The CHIPS and Science Act is spurring record investments in semiconductor manufacturing here in the U.S., increasing competitiveness with China, and creating thousands of good-paying jobs. Reducing Gun Violence: President Biden brought together Democrats and Republicans to pass the first significant gun safety law in nearly 30 years. Appointing Historic Nominees to the Supreme and Federal Courts: President Biden has appointed a record number of federal judges in his first two years -- and the first Black woman to ever be confirmed to the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson. That's a whole lot of progress, and you've been at the forefront of all of it, Jason. We need to keep it up. Together, we can continue to build an economy for working people, lower health care costs, stop Republicans in their tracks when they attempt to cut Social Security and Medicare, defend access to reproductive health care, and so much more.
