A former pharmaceutical exec asked me "okay what industries are admissible?" after I said politicians — especially Democrats — should pledge not to take AI money.
We should get rid of all of it.
I refuse all corporate lobbyist money and I don't believe we should be bankrolled by special interests at all. Each cycle the big dark money interests rotate - NRA, AIPAC, fossil fuel lobby, etc.
This cycle it's the AI lobby.
I know as a politician these companies are going to spend a billion dollars against me for saying it but 🤷🏻♀️
We can't sit by while politicians hand the keys to our country over to corporations and special interests. We must fight for better, because we deserve better.
