Trump signed an executive order yesterday to restrict mail-in voting and give the Department of Homeland Security direct oversight over who can vote. The DNC is filing a new lawsuit to stop him immediately, and you can chip in here to help power our fight to protect mail-in voting.

  • Last year, Trump signed an executive order that could have disenfranchised married women who changed their names and members of our armed services. We sued, this grassroots team rallied behind us, and we won in court.

  • Since then, Trump has sought to "take over" state-run elections, he's used the FBI to seize ballots from election offices in Georgia, and he's tried to coerce states into giving him access to their voter rolls.

  • Now, he's taking it to a new level: His new executive order directs the federal government to build a voter list for each state to decide who can and cannot vote — and he's told the Postal Service to refuse to carry ballots for anyone not on its new list of eligible voters.

This isn't the time for fear, though, Jason, it's the time for action. I want to tell you directly that the DNC won't let this happen. With the help of grassroots supporters like you, we'll block his order from going into effect.

We'll defend your right to vote. We'll protect your right to a free and fair election. And, when November rolls around, we'll make sure Democrats can kick these right-wing authoritarians out of office.
