Donald Trump’s administration and eighteen Republican state attorneys general are asking the Supreme Court to strike down the entire Affordable Care Act (ACA) and declare it unconstitutional.
And they have no plan to replace it.
Joe Biden was a pro-active partner in making the Affordable Care Act the law of the land. We need to do everything in our power to replace Destructive Donald with, God willing, President Joe Biden.
