Jason, Joe and I are so grateful for everything you’ve done for this campaign so far -- and as one of our grassroots donors, I need you to understand why Wednesday’s public fundraising deadline is different.
As you read this email, people are already casting their ballots. In many states across the country, the election is here, and what we’re able to raise right now will determine what kind of campaign we’re able to run over the final 37 days.
What’s more, both our campaign and Donald Trump's are required to publicly release our fundraising totals after the deadline, so this is an important opportunity to show the world that we have the momentum, and that we’re ready to finish this fight.
This is the moment to ramp up our organizing, our ads, and our voter outreach. This is the moment to put ourselves in the best position to win.
But, Jason, as you know, our ability to sustain our campaign depends on the support of donors like you. We don’t have big money Super PACs to rely on like Trump does. We only have you: The People. And we can’t keep our fundraising on track unless you help make it happen.
Our team tells me that we’ll need $1,530,000 more from New Jersey to hit our end-of-quarter fundraising goal. We’re going to get there together, one $15 contribution at a time.
