Now that Democrats have passed the American Rescue Plan, the Biden-Harris administration is hard at work turning relief into recovery. We've already gotten more than 150 million vaccines in arms and over 150 checks in pockets nationwide.
And, just last week President Biden outlined his newest initiative to rebuild our economy and create good-paying, union jobs: The American Jobs Plan. The plan is a once-in-a-generation investment in America to meet our current infrastructure needs -- from rebuilding crumbling roads and bridges to making sure everyone has access to broadband and clean water.
President Biden launched this plan to reimagine a new American economy. By making critical investments in our future and in communities that are often left behind, the American Jobs Plan intends to build back better than ever.

Fighting COVID-19
Earlier this week, President Biden announced that every adult in the United States will be eligible for a vaccine starting April 19, two weeks earlier than the original date of May 1.
The U.S. is now averaging about 3 million vaccine doses administered per day. On Saturday, we broke the record for most doses administered in 24 hours with more than 4 million doses.
This pace is unprecedented, and we're well on track to reach President Biden's goal of getting 200 million doses administered by his 100th day in office. But Jason, it's still important to stay safe and vigilant. Wear a mask, wash your hands, and continue to social distance.
Holding Republicans Accountable
Democrats passed the American Rescue Plan in Congress without a single Republican vote, but that isn't stopping the GOP from taking credit for the relief Americans are feeling across the country.
The DNC isn't going to let them get away with this, which is why we placed massive billboards in 20 states thanking President Biden and Democrats for delivering much-needed help to Americans through the American Rescue Plan. Take a look:
