  | Did you hear? President Biden announced the Build Back Better Framework! The framework will create jobs, cut taxes, and lower costs for working families -- and it all started right here with this team. President Biden's Build Back Better Framework not only sets our country on a track to win the 21st century, it also demonstrates once again that the 'D' in Democrats stands for deliver. Just take a look at the details of this framework: -
Families around the country will be able to afford child care for the first time, including universal preschool. The framework will save most American families more than half of their spending on child care, deliver two years of free preschool for every 3- and 4-year-old in America, give more than 35 million families a major tax cut by extending the expanded Child Tax Credit, and expand access to high-quality home care for older Americans and people with disabilities. -
We'll embark on an unprecedented effort to combat climate change -- creating hundreds of thousands of good-paying, high-quality jobs. The framework will cut greenhouse gas emissions by more than one gigaton in 2030, all while reducing consumer energy costs, giving our kids cleaner air and water, creating high-quality jobs, and advancing environmental justice by investing in a 21st century clean energy economy. -
Health care will be more affordable for millions of Americans. The framework will reduce premiums for more than 9 million Americans by extending the expanded Premium Tax Credit, deliver health care coverage to up to 4 million uninsured people in states that have locked them out of Medicaid, and help older Americans access affordable hearing care by expanding Medicare. -
We'll bring down costs and rebuild the middle class. The framework will make the single largest and most comprehensive investment in affordable housing in history; expand access to affordable, high-quality education beyond high school; cut taxes for 17 million low-wage workers by extending the expanded Earned Income Tax Credit; and advance equity through investments in maternal health, community violence intervention, and nutrition security, in addition to better preparing the nation for future pandemics and supply chain disruptions. President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats in Congress will deliver incredible progress for working families through the Build Back Better Framework. But they won't be able to continue this important work by themselves, Jason. As we approach 2022, they're going to need all of our support to ensure the rest of their bold agenda can succeed. Last election cycle, folks like you helped hold the House, flip the Senate, and take back the White House -- and as we approach next year's critical midterm elections, we can't afford to take our foot off the gas now. So, I'm asking: Will you chip in $7 to the DNC to support the on-the-ground organizing, voter protection efforts, and more that Democrats are relying on to continue electing Democrats who will Build Back Better for working people everywhere?
