Growing up between The Bronx and Yorktown deeply shaped my views of inequality and it’s a big reason I believe the things I do today.
When my dad died during the financial crisis, my mom almost got foreclosed on.
The GOP always thinks this is some gotcha but I ran my whole campaign for Congress on this: your ZIP code shouldn’t determine your destiny.
Our movement is powered by people who believe the same, that a better world is possible for each and every one of us — and we’re going to have to push harder than ever this election year.
