Jason -- have you ever heard of a nested opportunity? At DNC Headquarters, we use that term to refer to states where Democrats have a chance to not just win at the top of the ticket, but down the ballot, too. We have a lot of them heading into 2022, and here are just a few. Take a look:
Nested opportunities can be a force multiplier for our investments -- because by investing early in just one state, we have the power to lift Democrats to victory in multiple races. In my eyes, they're also a great way for Democrats to build on our majorities next year. But the extent to which we can invest early and often in states with nested opportunities largely depends on the backing of grassroots supporters like you, Jason!
So, Jason, will you rush your first $7 donation of the year to take advantage of these nested opportunities and elect Democrats nationwide in the years to come?
We made major gains in the 2020 election cycle -- largely because of the unprecedented voter turnout we saw nationwide. Now, we're working to keep up that momentum and expand our Democratic map in the upcoming midterms.
We're relying on your support early on, Jason, so we know just how much we can invest in these key states -- like Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, just to name a few -- and where we can push the envelope in other states. Because if we invest early enough, Democrats can win anywhere.
If you can, please make a $7 donation to the DNC today to help elect Democrats in all 50 states and territories in the years to come. Jason, I promise you that anything you can give today will be a huge help in electing Democrats in 2021, 2022, and beyond.
More soon,
Alana

P.S. A $7 donation today will go much farther than one given in the immediate lead up to an election. Make a $7 donation to help the DNC expand the Democratic map nationwide in the years to come.
