We're now halfway through what's been a groundbreaking year for our party as a whole -- and that's thanks to Democrats like you, Jason. So far, we've made historic investments in state parties and the grassroots, passed the American Rescue Plan and gotten the American people much-needed relief, and pushed forward President Biden and Vice President Harris's plans for our nation's infrastructure and families. But, just as with this new quarter, the 2022 midterm election cycle will be here before we know it. So, I hope you'll give me a chance to share our plans to win in 2021 and 2022, and then if you can, chip in a few bucks to support those efforts. We have no time to waste in turning our plans into action to hold our majorities and elect more Democrats nationwide. Here are some of the toplines: Winning in November: We are not on the sidelines. We are investing time, money, and people in the upcoming elections in New Jersey and Virginia to make sure that Democrats win those all-important races heading into next year. Investing in nested opportunities ahead of 2022: There are a bunch of states where Democrats have the chance to win not just one, but multiple state-wide elections next year. Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin just to name a few. We'll be laying the early messaging, organizing, and voter protection groundwork to ensure Democrats can expand our map in those states and beyond next year. Protecting the right to vote: To respond to the GOP's all-out assault on voting rights nationwide, we're running a 24/7 voter protection hotline and placing dozens of voter protection staff across the country to protect folks' most fundamental right. Expanding and maintaining a strong party infrastructure: Democrats are relying on the DNC's voter files and world-class data to win, so we're building out the largest team in DNC history to support those tools ahead of the key midterm elections. Holding Republicans accountable: As always, we're going to keep holding the GOP accountable for their opposition and obstruction. Alongside state parties, we'll be highlighting Republicans' hypocrisy in real time, keeping their candidates for Senate and governor on defense in the states. Together, we're going to protect the right to vote against the GOP's attacks, reach voters in red and blue states alike, get boots on the ground earlier than ever before, and organize our way to victory -- your early support is essential to that work.
