President Biden stood alongside Democrats and Republicans on Monday as he signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal into law. This law is a big deal, Jason!
It makes the largest investment in passenger rail in 50 years, modernizes our ports, and replaces worn-down bridges and roads all over the country. Children will be able to turn on the faucet and drink from lead-free pipes -- and families will be able to access affordable high-speed internet no matter where they live. All while creating good-paying jobs and not raising taxes a single cent for anyone making under $400,000 a year.
President Biden ran on rebuilding the backbone of this nation -- working people and the middle class. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law delivers on that promise. Read on for more important updates about the Biden-Harris agenda and the Democratic Party →
Up next: Build Back Better Act
Now that President Biden has signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Democrats in Congress are working around the clock to pass the Build Back Better Act. The bill will not only make transformative investments in child care and caregiving, but it will also lower the cost of prescription drugs.

Protecting the vote & the Democrats' Official Store
The right to vote is under threat across the country. This year alone, we've seen at least 19 states enact 33 anti-voter laws. Our party has already committed over $25 million to protecting the right to vote, but Democrats nationwide need your support as they take on these Republican-sponsored attacks. Every purchase will help protect access to the ballot box and elect Democrats nationwide who are committed to defending the right to vote.
Gearing up for 2022
President Biden's agenda is working, Jason. Retail sales are up 16%. Restaurant and bar sales are up over 29%. And as of this week, the U.S. is the only G-7 nation to have higher GDP now than before the pandemic.
We are making strides, but in order to continue building on this progress, we need to make sure our party is strong enough to defend our majorities in next year's midterm elections.
Please consider chipping in $15 to the DNC -- the only party organization tasked with supporting Democrats in every ZIP code at every level of government. Any amount you contribute will help elect Democrats nationwide.
