| More than 13,000 folks have taken the DNC's 2022 Strategy Survey so far, sharing feedback on their thoughts about what our party should prioritize as we gear up for this year's midterm elections. While we're still sorting through all of the responses, I wanted to share some topline results with you and explain how we're incorporating them into our strategy. Then, I hope you'll pitch in $7 to the DNC to help ramp up our investments in the programs that will be critical to protecting and expanding our majorities in November. - 47% of respondents think that protecting access to the ballot and empowering voters to get to the polls on time is most important to Democrats' success in 2022.
- 53% would like the Democratic Party to do everything we can to upgrade our data infrastructure and technology. That includes up-to-date analytics and data, updated voter registration and contact info, and training a new generation on data and tech for elections.
- 56% think that voter contact, education, and turnout are all critical parts of our organizing efforts -- and they should all be invested in.
We're so grateful for your input and ideas -- and we're incorporating your feedback into our midterm planning. As the only party organization responsible for electing Democrats from the school board to the Senate, the DNC is making historic early investments so our candidates have the resources they need to compete and win everywhere, including: - Voter protection before, on, and after Election Day: We're investing $25 million in voter education, voter protection, targeted voter registration, and technology to make voting more accessible and to fight back against Republicans' unprecedented voter suppression efforts. Voter suppression is a feature of the modern Republican Party, and we're investing earlier than ever before to protect our right to vote.
- DNC data and technology that powers nearly every Democratic campaign: Our state-of-the-art data and tech infrastructure helped support thousands of Democratic candidates and campaigns last election cycle. Grassroots support allows the DNC to continue these efforts and more to elect Democrats up and down the ballot and make all of our work more efficient and effective.
- An innovative approach to organizing: We're investing $23 million across the country ahead of November 8 that will fund staff and programs on the ground, as well as thousands of online volunteers, to help contact, educate, and turn out hundreds of thousands of voters.
These plans are critical to Democratic victory in November and beyond -- and they will be made possible by grassroots supporters like you chipping in what you can when you can. So what do you say, Jason? Will you make a $7 donation to the DNC today?
