That’s why one of the DNC’s top priorities in 2026 has been registering tens of thousands of young Democrats to vote in battleground states like Arizona and Nevada. In some of these communities, Democrats are now out-registering Republicans In 2024, the House majority was decided by just over 7,000 votes, so every new Democratic voter we register in a swing district could shape the balance of power in Congress.
