I'll cut to the chase, Jason: There are only a few hours left before we close the books on January, and we're tracking behind on our critical fundraising goal.
This first fundraising deadline of the election year will play a major role in how we're able to invest in the weeks and months ahead -- and you've heard it before, but we can't take our foot off the gas with so much at stake. I'm counting on dedicated supporters like you to step up before midnight.
Be one of 81 more supporters from Metuchen to donate $7 to the DNC ahead of tonight's end-of-month deadline. Whatever you're able to give will ensure Democrats have the resources to win in all 50 states, the territories, and D.C. this year.
The DNC is already making historic early investments so that Democrats can compete and win across the map. That means:
- Organizing everywhere: Republicans are hellbent on taking back power, and we need to build up our volunteer network to fight back nationwide. Your support helps leverage every volunteer who wants to power our work to contact, educate, and turn out hundreds of thousands of voters.
- Scaling our voter protection efforts: Voter suppression is a feature of the modern Republican Party, and we need to invest earlier than ever before to protect our right to vote.
- Improving our data and tech: Democrats nationwide are relying on the DNC's data and technology to power their campaigns. And grassroots support allows the DNC to make all of our work more efficient and effective.
The success of each of those programs relies on the support of folks like you, Jason. In 2021, the DNC's average donation was $44, so while you may think your $3, $5, or $7 won't go far, I can assure you -- it will!
Before tonight's deadline, will you be one of the 81 more people from Metuchen we're counting on to contribute $7? Every cent will be put straight to work protecting and expanding our Democratic majorities.
Thank you for all that you do,
Jess
