Tomorrow will mark one year since President Biden and Vice President Harris took office, and I hope you'll give me a second to highlight this team's successes, relay the importance of electing even more Democrats up and down the ballot this year, and explain what you can do to help.
Since taking office one year ago, President Biden, Vice President Harris, and congressional Democrats have done an enormous amount for the American people. They got more COVID-19 shots in arms, got people back to work, and passed historic legislation with the American Rescue Plan and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
With the midterm elections in just a few months and Republicans fighting tooth and nail to undermine the progress we've made together, we have to fight for every seat to protect and expand our slim majorities.
By investing now, we can ramp up our efforts to ensure Democrats have the resources they need to win in the upcoming midterm elections. So what do you say, Jason?
Will you make a $7 donation to the Democratic Fight Fund? Our ability to invest early and keep strengthening our party depends on the support of grassroots supporters like you.
This team and the Biden-Harris administration accomplished so much in the past year. I wanted to be sure you took a minute to reflect on those achievements:
-
And we passed laws to create jobs and rebuild our nation's crumbling infrastructure. The American Rescue Plan led to what experts estimate will be the lowest child poverty rate on record, and the unemployment rate is down to 3.9%. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is set to create good-paying jobs; remove lead pipes; upgrade our roads, airports, and rail; and be a critical step towards a clean energy future.
None of that would be possible without this team working our tails off to elect Democrats nationwide ready to make progress. And now, we have to build on it this year to keep up our momentum, Jason.
Will you make your first $7 donation to the Democratic Fight Fund today? Democrats up and down the ballot are relying on your support to continue making progress in 2022 and the years to come.
Thank you,
Alana
